Introduction
Geza Gear Pro-Stretch Trailerable Motorcycle Covers and Materials are designed, engineered and manufactured in the USA.
Selecting the right motorcycle cover material is just as critical as getting an exact custom fit, especially when trailering with your cover. This is why we not only custom build each individual motorcycle cover per exact model, but we also build a range of Fabric Series that perform in a wide variety of environments to suit your individual needs.
Here at Geza Gear, nothing is "off-the-shelf" about what we do. Because our designs and materials are built to perform in the harshest and most demanding conditions as well as trailering, we only source fibers and build materials and fabrics that are tested and proven to perform in those extreme environments. For this reason, we do not use materials such as Neoprene, Lycra Spandex, Cotton, Rip-Stop Nylon, Cordura, Fleece etc., and a whole host of other generic materials, which are unsuitable for the applications that we build for.
 We build highly specialized materials to adequately protect your motorcycle, to function properly, and to last for years through punishing conditions. For example, Our Pro and Elite Series materials perform in the extremes of nature; from intense sun UV exposure while blocking out the maximum damaging UV rays, to functioning in sub-zero temperatures without becoming stiff or cracking. They can take rain, hail, snow storms. They breathe to vent condensation, moisture and humidity. Further, these materials can take the punishing effects and monumental stresses of applied wind-forces from 55mph to over 100mph while being towed on your motorcycle on an open trailer cross-country, without shredding or buffetting.

** Please NOTE that our Build Designation Sizes (Small-Medium-Large-X-Large) are only a reference for the PRICE of your cover based on the Fabric Series you choose. How your cover is cut and sewn is determined from YOUR EXACT bike year, make and model. So, when ordering be sure to include exact information.
For example, a Small Pro-Series Geza Cover ordered for a Yamaha R1 will be cut and sewn different from a Small Pro-Series Geza Cover ordered for a GSXR 1000. Likewise, a Large Elite-Series Geza Cover ordered for a Harley RoadKing will be cut and sewn different from a Large Elite-Series ordered for a Harley Ultra Classic, etc.
This way you are assured of a perfectly fitting motorcycle cover which is essential when trailering / towing on an open trailer. A perfectly fitting CUSTOM BUILT COVER will not flap, rub, vibrate or shred, thereby providing you the best level of protection and long term cover durability.

The ELITE SERIES is even lighter than the Pro-PLUS thanks to its all new light-weight fibers, but with a whopping increase in strength, weather protection, tow-speed and distance rating and long-term durability. Further, we have a new, patent pending, reflective finish on the outside of the material to reflect up to 75% of UV heat!

The Super-Light Series is another of our latest offerings. This material was designed for those who spend more time traveling, touring, commuting to work and taking the weekend-end roadtrip where luggage space is at a premium. We have a saying, "no matter how good your motorcycle cover may be, if it is too big to take with you it will stay at home."
The Super-Light Series was born out of the need to create the most packable motorcycle cover possible WITHOUT compromising weather protection and long-term durability. Usually, the lighter and more packable you go, the less protective and less durable the material. At Geza Gear, the exact opposite is true - as you go up in our Fabric Series, the size and weight go down, and the performance, strength and durability go up. The Holy Grail of motorcycle covers now exists!
