WARRANTY & RETURNS
Return Policy:
Geza Gear Inc. is committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you (the Original Purchaser)
are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and speak with a customer service
representative.
Because Geza Covers are custom built to order, any cancellations after the order is placed is subject
to a 20% restocking fee. Many hours go into designing and building your Geza Cover and this helps to offset our
production costs. For orders that have been shipped, new and unused Geza Covers may be returned for
a full refund less all shipping expenses and a 20% re-stocking fee within 14 days of the original delivery date. Once the Geza Cover is
received by us and upon inspection found not to be in re-saleable condition, the cover will be returned
to the original purchaser at the purchaser’s expense. All sales are final 14 days after the delivery
date posted by the shipping carrier.
Prior to returning your Geza Cover, you must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
Any Geza Cover returned to us without a RA # issued and written on the outside of the box will
be refused and sent back to you at your expense.
If you would like to upgrade your Geza Cover to the next Series or change the Size, you can do so
within 30 days of the shipping date and pay the difference in price plus shipping costs. Your
exchanged cover must be returned in its original new condition as sent to you. You must also call
us for an Upgrade Authorization Number prior to returning the cover back to us.
Liability Disclaimer:
When Towing, User assumes FULL RESPONSIBILITY for determining the safety and suitability of the
Geza Cover. Even if the Geza Cover is properly fitted, properly strapped down and properly used,
there are a host of variables that can affect the performance and level of protection your Geza
Cover provides. Such variables are, but not limited to, weather conditions, tow straps used,
trailer set-up, towing speed, road conditions, road debris, and the fitting / strapping down of
the Geza Cover. Therefore, the User accepts FULL RESPONSIBILITY for any and all risks.
Geza Gear Inc., is not responsible for any damage to your motorcycle for any reason and shall not
be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach
of warranty, breach of instructions, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory.
Geza Gear Inc.’s

liability is limited to the replacement of the cover if found to be defective
in materials or workmanship.
Warranty Policy:
12-month warranty on the Sport-Light Series
24-month warranty on the Sport-Classic Series
24-month warranty on the Sport Classic PLUS Series
36-month warranty on the Pro-Series
36-month warranty on the Pro-PLUS Series
48-month warranty on the Elite Series
60-month warranty on the Elite-PLUS Series
72-month warranty on the Pro-Extreme Series
These warranties apply to the original purchaser for the cover to be free from defects in material
and workmanship. If the Geza Cover fails due to a manufacturing flaw, Geza Gear Inc., will repair or
replace the cover at their discretion. Repairs due to normal wear, accident, improper care or
negligence where Geza Gear Inc., is not at fault will be repaired for a reasonable charge. These
Warranties do not cover fabric fading, sun wear, staining, soiling and normal wear and tear from
daily use and towing use.
If you feel you have a Warranty Claim, please contact our office and speak with a Customer
Service Representative. If it is determined you do have a Warranty Claim, you will be issued
a Warranty Authorization Number. Your Cover must be returned to us totally clean. A Warranty
Cover returned to us dirty will be refused and shipped back to you at your expense. Any cover
returned to us without a WA # issued and written on the outside of the box will be refused
and sent back to you at your expense.
