WARRANTY & RETURNS
GEZA gear guarantees our covers to fit and perform to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, send the cover back in the original condition as sent to you WITHIN 30 days of the SHIPPING DATE for an immediate refund less shipping costs. You must also receive a Return Authorization Number from us prior to returning your cover. Any cover returned to us WITHOUT a RA # and without it written on the outside of the box will be refused and sent back to you.
Liability Disclaimer:
When TOWING, User assumes FULL RESPONSIBILITY for determining the safety and suitability of the Geza Cover. Even if the Geza Cover is properly fitted, properly strapped down and properly used, there are a host of variables that can affect the performance and level of protection your Geza Cover provides.
Such variables are, but not limited to, weather conditions, tow straps used, trailer set-up, towing speed, road conditions, road debris and the fitting / strapping down of the Geza Cover. Therefore, the User accepts FULL RESPONSIBILITY for any and all risks. Geza Gear Inc., is not responsible for any damage to
your motorcycle for any reason and Geza Gear Inc.'s liability is limited to the replacement of the cover if found to be defective in materials or workmanship.

24 month warranty on the Sport-Classic Series
48 month warranty on the Sport Classic PLUS Series
60 month warranty on the Pro-Series
LifeTime on the Pro-Extreme Series
GEZA gear offers a LIFETIME WARRANTY ON STITCHING AND SEAM REPAIR for all Pro-Stretch Series Covers.
These warranties are to the original purchaser for the cover to be free from defects in material and workmanship. If the cover fails due to a manufacturing flaw, GEZA gear will repair or replace it at their discretion. Repairs due to normal wear, accident, improper care or negligence where GEZA gear is not at fault will be repaired for a reasonable charge. Fabric fading and sun wear is a result of normal wear.
As to the length of time the cover should last depends almost entirely on how much it is exposed to the sun, proper use and fit. Sun will cause more damage to exposed surfaces than any other factor. Please review #1 of the Care Instructions.
For returns (only if ordered through the factory, otherwise take it to your dealership) and warranty work please call GEZA gear for a Return Authorization Number. Do not send warranty work to the dealership. All covers MUST be returned clean with a RA # before warranty work or returns can be performed and processed.
